Getting Started

The house at 201 Mt. Fair Drive is an English Cottage Revival — or it will be, eventually. Right now it’s a house with good bones and a lot of potential. This renovation diary will track the journey from closing day through every decision, detour, and discovery along the way.

First up: understanding what we’re working with. Walking through room by room, taking measurements, noting what stays, what goes, and what needs immediate attention.
